Ballerina Cowgirl Jewelry & Gifts offers shipping through
Federal Express (FedEx) to its customers. The service offered
is FedEx's standard weekday (M-F) 2-Day service at $7.50 per
package, plus any applicable tax and other charges.
Unfortunately, because of the unique nature of our service,
we do not accept CODs, nor can we ship to post office (P.O.)
boxes.
FedEx will require a signature for all packages received at
the address indicated by the customer.

Are all items received overnight?
No. Normally if an item is ordered early in the day (before
2:00pm) it may be received by the next day. However, to be sure,
please allow at least 48 hours for your item to arrive. Other
items may take up to 3 days to ship if they require the setting
of diamonds or stones. If you need to know exactly when your
item will arrive, call us before
you place your order and we'd be happy to discuss the delivery
date with you.
What about returns? How do I return
something, if necessary?
Instructions for packaging an item for return are on the back
side of the packing slip sent with your package. Fill out the
form on this slip to ensure the fastest processing of your return.
If the form has been misplaced, please write on a sheet of paper
the buyer's name, the Order Confirmation Number, and the reason
for the return, and include it with the return. After wrapping
the package securely, you can send it to the following address:

Cowgirl Jewelry & Gifts?
Yes. You may send your gift directly to its recipient. During
the ordering process, you have the opportunity to indicate an
address other than your own as the receiving address.
You will receive a shipping confirmation and invoice by e-mail
usually on the same day we ship your order, which, for most
items, is within 24 hours of order placement. To track your
package once it is sent, you can use a FedEx Tracking Number.
Call 1-800-GO-FEDEX or visit their Web page at http://www.fedex.com/,
select the appropriate country and use the "Tracking"
option. If you wish, we can also track your package for you.
How do I return an item with a problem,
like a damaged surface?
If you have an item with defects or damages, inform us; let
us know what item is affected, what the damage or defect is,
and whether you would like a replacement. We will work out the
details at that point.
Someone else purchased a gift that
I received and I would like to return it. How?
Ballerina Cowgirl Jewelry & Gifts has credit and exchange
plans in place. Gift returns are handled differently than returns
made by the purchaser of the item. If you received an item as
a gift and would like to return it, contact
us so that we can make arrangements for a return and refund
when applicable.
